Important announcement pertaining to COVID-19

Covid-19

Hey all my awesome 2020 couples!

I hope you and your families are all doing well!

I wanted to be proactive with the current health concerns in our country, and throughout the world. This is not to scare or worry you, but rather just to have a plan in place, should things change or worsen. I wanted to share my procedures and policies, so that my response is not reactionary, but rather thoughtful and intentional.

CANCELING & RESCHEDULING:

Should the government recommendations of social distancing and quarantine lead you to cancel your wedding, whether as a result of the venue, planner, other vendors, or your own personal choice, I ask that you provide 24 hours written notice if your wedding or elopement is taking place on the island of Ireland, or 72 hours written notice if it is taking place outside of the island of Ireland.

I am aware that this situation is evolving rapidly and that you are likely playing things by ear as well. I also know the last thing you want to do is reschedule. So I don’t want to pressure you to make this call sooner than you have to. Once I receive notice, I will send you a Cancellation agreement to sign prior to the wedding date.

If the wedding is cancelled, whether as a result of government recommendation, travel restrictions, third party choice (i.e. venue, etc) or personal choice, your booking fee is non-refundable, as per your contract. However, all monies paid are transferable to your new date, should you choose to reschedule.

I just kindly ask that, if you do reschedule, you communicate the new day with me before confirming your date and signing any other contracts, just to make sure that I’m available. Once the date is confirmed, I will send a new contract to you to have the booking fee and any monies paid applied to the new, agreed upon date.

If I, or my team, are not available, you will forfeit any of your monies paid. If you choose to reschedule, and I am available for your wedding date, we can talk about restructuring your payment plan if this is something that is truly needed due to COVID-19. Alternatively, if it’s possible for you, we will keep your payment schedule as planned.

FEES & OPTIONS:

There is no fee for rescheduling your wedding or elopement as a result of the impact of COVID-19. I am not interested in adding more stress to your life. However, I cannot guarantee that I, or my team, will be available on all specific rescheduled dates. I will do my best to keep in touch with you, and make rescheduling options available.

If for some reason I, or my team, cannot be available for the date you requested, you have two options:

1.) I will hire and send a qualified associate photographer to shoot in my place. This photographer will deliver all the files to me to edit after the wedding or elopement.

Or 2.) you will forfeit all monies previously paid. If you have not finished paying your total contract price and decide to find someone else on your own, you will be released from any future payments you have not made, if canceling due to COVID-19.

TRAVEL:

To my clients that are either traveling to me or me to them, in the event that air travel becomes more selective, flights get canceled or we begin to experience quarantine in Ireland, we will follow the same procedures from above. At this time, we do not have plans to cease any travel plans. Should that change, I will be in communication with you immediately.

YOUR HEALTH:

If you or your future spouse present symptoms of COVID-19, and if you choose to go against quarantine recommendations, and still have your wedding or elopement, I just kindly ask that you let me know. I spend a lot of time with you in close proximity on your special day, and I would hate to pass this on to any other clients. Further, please be in contact with any guests and family attending. If they are experiencing any symptoms associated with COVID-19, please ask them to kindly stay home.

OUR HEALTH:

Similarly, if I, or a member of my team, present with symptoms associated with COVID-19, I will communicate that with you immediately, and find a qualified replacement photographer to cover your wedding or elopement. I take your health seriously and would not feel comfortable putting you or any of your loved ones at risk.

If you have any questions or concerns at all, please reach out to me! I’m here to help and address anything that may come up. We are here for each and every one of you!

Kind Regards,

Tyron
